Bryant House

This Victorian cottage, built around 1905, is closely associated with George Bryant.  Mr. Bryant, considered the historian of Provincetown, was a native, architect, and indefatigable public servant and volunteer.   His mother ran Bryant's Market next door, which is now Angel Foods.  The house, which had fallen into disrepair and had been described as the "Grey Gardens of Provincetown",  was restored by Ken Fulk, the celebrated event planner and interior designer of San Francisco.  The elegant details include the wraparound porch, antique rope-and-chain pulley windows, and refined cornice.
